Christofle Silver-Plated Cake Fork

The silver plated cake fork in the Fidélio pattern has a wide edge designed especially for cutting cake and pie on the plate. Fidélio, then called Baguette, was one of Christofle’s first flatware designs. It was reintroduced in 1992, slightly modernized for greater fluidity, but ultimately it remained the same classic creation with a rib on the handle to add interest and texture.
